Lenawee County Fair is a family friendly event kicked off with a parade and a full schedule of 4H events, carnival rides, food tent, truck pulls, live entertainment, and more!

January 20 & 21, 2024

Looking for a fun outdoor event for your family? The downtown will have over 35 ice sculptures for you to see. Also new this year, life size balloon sculptures will adorn the sidewalks during the event. Try your hand at our Scavenger Hunt through the participating merchants.

Is your family looking for a destination for winter activities? Join us at Binder Park Golf Course for some fun! Activities include: sledding, tubing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

Cross Country Skiing in Battle Creek Area Parks
Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking are available in the City of Battle Creek’s park system and are great fun and fitness for winter.

Clinton Michigan draws tens of thousands of visitors to their little village next to the River Raisin in northeastern Lenawee County each fall. What began as a way to help local merchants attract business in 1973 has grown to a three day extravaganza!

In the Fall we offer a variety of special fun activities for families, scouts, church groups, birthdays - and anyone else looking for something different on a brisk fall day.

The Little River Railroad is located in Coldwater, Michigan. The train runs to Quincy, Michigan and occasionally Hillsdale, Michigan.

Kapnick Orchards is a family-owned and operated orchard and farm market. We grow many fruits and vegetables including apples, peaches, cherries, pears, blueberries, raspberries, plums, apricots, grapes, nectarines, strawberries, rhubarb, pumpkins, squash, asparagus, peas, beans, and potatoes. We have pick your own on some fruits when in season.

Louie's Bakery is a family-owned and operated business located in Marshall, Michigan. Louis Bagi established the business in November 1952. It is now run by his successors, with Jason LaForge, Louie's grandson, the manager.

The Festival of the Forks has been held on the third full weekend in September since 1967 in downtown Albion, Michigan. We are a diverse people and we love to celebrate our heritage.

During this celebration, we focus on enjoying Albion with our families, friends, and everyone who comes to Albion to share in the celebrations.

There is so much to experience at the Jackson County Fair located at Keeley Park in Jackson, Michigan.

The Leila Arboretum dates back to 1922 when Leila Post Montgomery, widow of cereal magnate C.W. Post, donated 72 acres of land to the city of Battle Creek that had formerly been the site of the Battle Creek Country Club. She envisioned a center for culture amid the beauty of nature.

Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary is a reptile rescue facility that is open to the public.

Calhoun County. Home to Battle Creek, Marshall and Albion. Located in Southwest Michigan, our county offers something for everyone, from cities to villages, world-renowned music to historical sites, well-groomed nature trails, to a casinos, mouth-watering food and a multitude of sporting choices.

The Swingin' at the Shell annual concert series takes place in Albion's beautiful and historic Victory Park Band Shell!. This annual concert series is free and open to the public. Swingin’ at the Shell is a Caster CaresTM initiative that was created because of a passion for live music, the Albion community, and the Victory Park Bandshell.
